The size and organization of our facility allows for minimized product handling, but it's our 12-person packing department that checks every garment for defects before sending it through "tagging and bagging" in our packing department. Conservative overages allow us to replace any defective items. So, our quality control begins in the sampling phase and ends with product finishing. Each garment is measured against a master sample, with check points at every stage of production. Three different plant managers in charge of sampling, production, and packing respectively assure that garments are printed and packed according to your specifications.
